A classic from 1980 in new attire
Founded in 1860 in Sonvilier in the Swiss Jura, Chopard was taken over in 1963 by the German jeweler family Scheufele and has since launched numerous innovations such as the dancing diamonds of the Happy Diamonds. Another highlight of the company's history was the St. Moritz series of 1980, which co-president Karl-Friedrich Scheufele designed personally, thereby expressing his enthusiasm for the Alps. The new Chopard Alpine Eagle adopts the flowing case-bracelet design of the St. Moritz and is available in three sizes, each offered in the scratch-resistant Lucent Steel A223 developed especially for the Alpine Eagle or a bicolor variant with 18-karat rose gold. If you want to take the exclusivity of the Swiss watches to the extreme, opt for full rose gold or an optional diamond setting.

As the largest model in the Alpine Eagle series, the 44-millimeter XL Chrono with chronograph function stands out, followed by the 41-millimeter Alpine Eagle Large. Both models feature a date function and are driven by the automatic in-house movements 03.05-C and 01.01-C respectively, with chronometer certification and 60 hours of power reserve.
