How we adjust your bracelet

Two paths to the perfect fit

So that your watch fits perfectly from the very first second, we need one of the following details before shipping.

Method 1

Wrist circumference

You provide us with the snug measurement of your wrist circumference. We adjust the bracelet accordingly and factor in a comfortable amount of play for everyday wearing comfort.

Method 2

Desired watch circumference

You provide us with the desired total inner circumference of the watch. We implement these measurements as precisely as possible — ideal if you already have experience with your perfect fit.

Good to know

All removed bracelet links are of course included with your shipment — so you can **safely keep them** for future size adjustments.

Important regarding the process

What you should know

Full right of withdrawal

The bracelet adjustment has no effect whatsoever on your right of withdrawal. You can still return the watch within 21 days.

Specification when ordering

Simply enter your desired circumference in the comments field during the ordering process.

Alternative on site

A later adjustment by a local watchmaker is possible at any time. However, this usually incurs a service fee.
