Originality & Condition

Are the watches you offer genuine?

We guarantee 100% originality on every watch we offer. Each watch is delivered as a so-called "full set" — meaning you receive the watch together with its original box, instruction manual and the official, completed warranty card (or warranty certificate) from the manufacturer.

Are these new or pre-owned watches?

Unless explicitly labelled as "Certified Pre-Owned" (CPO) or "pre-owned" in the product description, all our watches are absolutely brand new. They are unworn and often still partially or fully covered with the original factory protective films.

How do you achieve such competitive prices?

Unlike traditional jewellers in prime city-centre locations, we deliberately forgo costly showrooms and an expensive branch network. In addition, we purchase worldwide in large volumes from authorised concessionaires and wholesalers. We pass these price advantages directly on to you — without any compromise on quality or security.

Warranty & Service

Do I receive the full manufacturer's warranty on my watch?

Yes, without restriction. Since every one of our watches is delivered with the original papers from an authorised concessionaire, you benefit from the worldwide, international manufacturer's warranty. The term (e.g. 2 to 5 years) depends on the policies of the respective brand.

What should I do in the event of a defect or warranty claim?

You have two options: You can take the watch together with the warranty card to any authorised concessionaire of the respective brand worldwide. Alternatively, you can contact us and we will arrange for secure return shipping to submit the watch to the manufacturer for repair.

Can you resize the metal bracelet before shipping?

Gladly and entirely free of charge. Simply let us know your exact wrist circumference in centimetres during the ordering process (in the comments field). We will professionally remove the corresponding links and include them with your delivery.

Shipping & Security

Is the shipping of my high-value watch secure?

When it comes to transport, we leave nothing to chance. Shipping is carried out exclusively via specialised valuables couriers (e.g. Intex or Galle). The packaging is neutral and gives no indication of the valuable contents. In addition, every shipment is fully insured up until the moment of personal handover to you. The shipping risk lies 100% with us.

How long does delivery take?

This depends on availability. Watches marked as "In stock" usually leave our house within 1 to 3 working days after payment is received. For made-to-order items, the expected delivery time is shown directly in the product description. As soon as the watch is handed over to the valuables courier, you will receive a tracking number.

Can I collect my watch in person?

Of course. We warmly invite you to collect your new watch discreetly at our premises by prior appointment. This way, you can verify the quality on site and we'll adjust the bracelet directly to your wrist.

Payment & Processing

Which payment methods do you offer?

To offer you maximum flexibility, we accept various secure payment methods: advance payment by bank transfer (often with an early-payment discount), credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, as well as cash payment for personal collection by arrangement.

Are there any hidden costs?

No. All prices displayed in our shop are final prices including statutory VAT. Within Germany (or the EU), we additionally cover the cost of insured valuables shipping for you.

Returns & Cancellation

What happens if I don't like the watch in person?

Purchasing a luxury watch is an emotional decision. Should the watch on your wrist not meet your expectations, you may exercise your 14-day (or where applicable 21-day) right of withdrawal. The only requirement is that the watch remains unworn and any security tags or films have not been removed.

How does the return process work?

Please never send valuable watches back as a standard postal parcel! In case of a withdrawal, contact our customer service. We will then arrange a valuables courier to collect the watch — fully insured — from your home or office.
