Today, the company's full name is NOMOS Glashütte/SA Roland Schwertner KG. With this, Schwertner wants both to preserve the tradition and to make clear that the company of back then has nothing in common with today's apart from the name component NOMOS. Because the company is young and dynamic, manufactures its own movements on site in Glashütte, and the average age of its more than 70 employees is a good 34 years.
