The standard equipment of all editions includes anti-reflective sapphire crystal and a water-resistant construction, with the smaller models reaching 100 and the large versions 300 meters – regardless of the case material. What unites all versions is their glorious history of Swiss watchmaking. Founded in 1917 as a producer of movement blanks, Rado contributed considerably to the further development of horological material diversity over the course of the 20th century. Not only the famous DiaStar 1 of 1962 made of tungsten carbide and sapphire crystal, but also the Ceramica presented in 1986, which was the world's first timepiece made entirely of ceramic, are to the credit of the visionary brand.
