A Visible Air Bubble for an Exotic Touch

Available with a black, gray, or bronze-colored surface, the stainless steel case of the Darkmoon is at the heart of the innovative concept. It is almost completely filled with an oily substance that, alongside the dial, also encloses the Swiss Ronda 712.3 quartz movement and deliberately creates an air bubble. Created to compensate for temperature fluctuations, the latter is the hallmark of the U-Boat Darkmoon and moves slowly beneath the domed mineral glass while the watch is worn. But the extreme black tone not only looks remarkable; it also gives the Darkmoon outstanding legibility – regardless of whether the hands and markers appear in classic beige or striking red.
