A Filigree Frontrunner Since 1969
The power of the 42 mm Chronomaster El Primero Open is generated by the El Primero 40601 caliber, which impresses with a high 50-hour power reserve. To be admired through the open effect (the display window in the chronograph's dial) or through the case back, it looks back on a history of more than 50 years. Back then, toward the end of the sixties, the manufacturer created the world's first automatic chronograph movement and very aptly named it El Primero, which is Spanish for "The First."
