Shipping procedure – secure and fast
As soon as the goods have left our premises, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. We will inform you about the shipping provider and the tracking number. The shipping provider is dependent on the value of the goods and your location. We always contact the shipping partner who is most suitable for you. You will receive frequent updates on the progress of your shipment on the portals of our shipping providers.
Shipping with Uhrinstinkt is covered 100% worldwide via our special insurer. You receive online information about the shipping status with our shipping provider anytime. We guarantee that our customers never bear the shipping risk.
You can book your return delivery via Uhrinstinkt to ensure full insurance coverage.
Delivery is made Monday - Friday during day time or with DHL also on Saturday morning.
Within Germany, the delivery period is 1-2 working days and throughout the EU 1-3 working days.

Shipping Costs - easy and transparent
Goods are always shipped free of charge within Germany.
European Union (EU)
Even within the EU we ship a lot of pieces for free.

For non-free shipments we only charge 19,00€. Members of the EU are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
Rest of the world (export)
When shipping new watches to a non-EC country, the German VAT no longer applies. This will be deducted by us. You only pay the net amount plus shipping. Customs clearance is already included in the shipping costs. Our shipping provider will charge your local VAT when delivering the goods.
