U-Boat Classico 45 Tungsteno CAS2 with the reference 9568/A - made in Italy.
Ilvo Fontana, a precision instrument craftsman, received a prestigious commission from the Italian Navy. He was tasked with designing a new watch for their pilots. This challenge needed to meet the Navy's high quality standards and very precise technical specifications, but above all it had to guarantee maximum visibility and reliability in any light or weather conditions. Unfortunately, circumstances at the time did not allow this to happen. In 2000, Italo Fontana, Ilvo's grandson, discovered the precious designs, which became his inspiration for the first U-Boat watch.
