The inspection is carried out by our master watchmaker with over 20 years of industry experience. With every watch you receive our Uhrinstinkt certificate of authenticity.
Original manufacturer warranty
This watch ships with the full original manufacturer warranty. The warranty is valid worldwide at the brand's authorised service centres. In case of a warranty claim, we're happy to assist you with the process.
Insured shipping
We ship your watch fully insured for the item value via DHL Express. Within Germany shipping is free and delivered against signature. Each shipment comes with a tracking number for live tracking. In case of warranty or return we cover the insured return shipping.
21-day return policy
When shipped, you receive an extended 21-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods — the statutory period is 14 days, we voluntarily go beyond that. The buyer pays for return shipping (insured recommended). We refund the purchase price promptly after receipt and inspection.
Personal customer lounge on-site
Collect your watch in person at our customer lounge in Schwabach, Germany. We look forward to meeting you — please book an appointment in advance so we can take time for you. On pickup all common payment methods are accepted, including cash.
