The extent of the transmitted data is limited to the minimum necessary.

When paying via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal or "purchase on account" via PayPal, we pass on your payment data to PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter "PayPal") as part of the payment processing. The credit report may contain probability values (so-called score values). If score values are included in the result of the credit report, they have their basis in a scientifically recognized mathematical-statistical procedure. Beyond this, further storage may take place if and as long as this is necessary to comply with a statutory retention period or to prosecute a specific case of abuse. The legal basis for data processing is Article 6 (1) f) of the GDPR.

You can request information and, if necessary, correction or deletion as well as restriction of the processing of your data and/or, if necessary, object to the processing of your data. 6. Cookies

Session cookies: These are deleted again after the end of the browser session.

Long-term cookies: These remain on your device so that your browser can be recognized during the next session. This eliminates the need to enter your password again or fill out forms with your customer data.

You can adjust your browser settings to be informed about the setting of cookies and, if necessary, to decide on their individual acceptation. The functionality of the website may be limited if cookies are not accepted.

7. Webanalysis

7.1 Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. In the event that IP anonymization is activated on this website, however, your IP address will be truncated beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.

You can prevent the collection by Google Analytics by clicking on the following link.

An opt-out cookie will be set that prevents future collection of your data when visiting this website:

Disable Google Analytics

For more information on terms of use and data protection, please visit https://marketingplatform.google.com/about/analytics/terms/us/ or https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en.

We would like to point out that on this website Google Analytics has been extended by the code "anonymizeIp" to ensure anonymized collection of IP addresses (so-called IP masking).

7.2 Google Analytics 4

This website uses Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"), which can be used to analyze the use of websites.

When using Google Analytics 4, so-called "cookies" are used as standard. Cookies are text files that are stored on your terminal device and enable an analysis of your use of a website. The information collected by cookies about your use of the website (including the IP address transmitted by your terminal device, shortened by the last digits, see below) is usually transmitted to a Google server and stored and processed there. This may also result in the transmission of information to the servers of Google LLC, a company based in the USA, where the information is further processed.

When using Google Analytics 4, the IP address transmitted by your terminal device when you use the website is always collected and processed by default and automatically only in an anonymized manner, so that a direct personal reference of the collected information is excluded. This automatic anonymization is carried out by shortening the IP address transmitted by your terminal device by Google within member states of the European Union (EU) or other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area (EEA) by the last digits.

On our behalf, Google uses this and other information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports (reports) on your website activities or your usage behavior and to provide us with further services related to your website usage and internet usage. In this context, the IP address transmitted and shortened by your terminal device within the scope of Google Analytics 4 will not be merged with other data from Google. The data collected in the context of the use of Google Analytics 4 will be retained for 2 months and then deleted.

Google Analytics 4 also enables the creation of statistics with statements about age, gender and interests of website users on the basis of an evaluation of interest-based advertising and with the involvement of third-party information via a special function, the so-called "demographic characteristics". This makes it possible to determine and distinguish user groups of the website for the purpose of targeting marketing measures. However, data collected via the "demographic characteristics" cannot be assigned to a specific person and thus not to you personally. This data collected via the "demographic characteristics" function is retained for two months and then deleted.

All processing described above, in particular the setting of Google Analytics cookies for the storage and reading of information on the terminal device used by you to use the website, will only take place if you have given us your express consent for this in accordance with Art. 6 (1) a DSGVO. Without your consent, Google Analytics 4 will not be used during your use of the website. You can revoke your consent once given at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your revocation, please deactivate this service via the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website.

We have concluded a so-called order processing agreement with Google for our use of Google Analytics 4, which obliges Google to protect the data of our website users and not to pass it on to third parties.

To ensure compliance with the European level of data protection, even in the event of any transfer of data from the EU or EEA to the USA and possible further processing there, Google refers to the so-called standard contractual clauses of the European Commission, which we have contractually agreed with Google.

Further legal information on Google Analytics 4, including a copy of the aforementioned standard contractual clauses, can be found at the following link: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en&gl=en

Details on the processing triggered by Google Analytics 4 and Google's handling of data from websites can be found here: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites?hl=en

8. Social Media Plugins

8.1 Facebook-Plugin (Like-Button)

Plugins of the social network Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA are integrated on our pages. You can identify the Facebook plugins by the Facebook logo or the "Like button" on our page. You can find an overview of the Facebook plugins here:

http://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/.

When you visit our pages, a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook server is established via the plugin. Facebook thereby receives the information that you have visited our site with your IP address. If you click the Facebook "Like" button while you are logged into your Facebook account, you can link the content of our pages on your Facebook profile. This allows Facebook to associate the visit to our pages with your user account. In the logged-in state, an immediate assignment of the data to the Facebook profile is possible. We would like to point out that we, as the provider of the pages, have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by Facebook. For more information, please refer to the privacy policy of facebook at https://facebook.com/about/privacy.

8.2 Instagram

Our pages use services of Instagram Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA. If you are logged into your Instagram account, you can link the content of our site to your Instagram profile by clicking on the Instagram button. This means that your visit to our site can be assigned to your user account on Instagram. If you do not want this, log out of Instagram before visiting this page.

For more information, please visit http://instagram.com/about/legal/privacy/.

8.3 Twitter

Our website uses so-called social plugins ("plugins") of the microblogging service Twitter, which is operated by Twitter Inc., 1355 Market St, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA ("Twitter"). The plugins are marked with a Twitter logo, for example in the form of a blue "Twitter bird". You can find an overview of the Twitter plugins and their appearance here: https://twitter.com/about/resources/buttons.

When you access a page of our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the servers of Twitter. The content of the plugin is transmitted by Twitter directly to your browser and integrated into the page. Through the integration, Twitter receives the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a profile on Twitter or are not currently logged in to Twitter. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted by your browser directly to a Twitter server in the USA and stored there.

If you are logged in to Twitter, Twitter can directly assign your visit to our website to your Twitter account. If you interact with the plugins, for example by clicking the "Tweet" button, the corresponding information is also transmitted directly to a Twitter server and stored there. The information is also published on your Twitter account and displayed there to your contacts.

For the purpose and extent of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Twitter, as well as your rights in this regard and setting options for protecting your privacy, please refer to Twitter's privacy policy: https://twitter.com/privacy. If you do not want Twitter to assign the data collected via our website directly to your Twitter account, you must log out of Twitter before visiting our website. You can also completely prevent the loading of Twitter plugins with add-ons for your browser, e.g. with the script blocker "NoScript" (http://noscript.net/).
