The brand got the name of a popular board member who unfortunately died after he had initiated the idea for launching the watch. The first Maurice Lacroix was very well received so that the company expanded at the end of the 1980s, after the development of the chain of distribution and built a production plant for cases. In 2001, the time was ripe for an own brand. The Maurice Lacroix Eliros is a new edition of the first timepiece that had a very special charm and a great price-performance ratio.
